Educated at the Yakut Kitchen Academy, the graduates of the Gastronomy and Yiyacek Beverage and Pastry departments of universities are also given by instructors with at least 15 years of sectoral experience in food and beverage production. In the trainings, personal care, occupational health and safety, together with basic subjects such as HACCP, desserts, pastries, macarons, tarts, cupcakes, chocolates, sugar dough, decoration art, presentation shapes, service shapes, introduction of equipment used in professional kitchens In addition, vocational trainings continue with theoretical and practical training. Our trainings are enriched with the participation of experienced pastry chefs.
