Education at Yakut Kitchen Academy is given by instructors who have graduated from the Gastronomy and Food, Beverage and Pastry departments of universities and who have at least 15 years of sectoral experience in the field of food and beverage production. In the trainings, along with basic topics such as personal care, occupational health and safety, HACCP, selection of sweets, cakes, macarons, tarts, cupcakes, chocolates, sugar dough, decoration art, presentation forms, serving styles, equipment used in professional kitchens from local and world cuisine. Along with this, vocational training continues as theoretical and practical. Our trainings are enriched with the participation of experienced master pastry chefs in our region.

WHAT DIPLOMAS WILL YOU HAVE?
• M.E.B Approved Basic Pastry Certificate
• M.E.B Approved 4th Level Pastry Certificate
• M.E.B Approved Hygiene Certificate

FOR EDUCATION APPLICATION, THE MINIMUM AGE MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE.

Training Period: 4 months of Education + 4 months of internship
